Explanation:
Postoje dva logična objašnjenja.
Prvo je da je u pitanju ime osiguravajuće kompanije od koje je firma, čije saopštenje (memorandum, dopis) prevodite, kupila osiguranje. Pravilnik Seabord osiguranja je uticao na promenu stava koji se u osiguranoj firmi zauzima po pitanju zloupotrebe supstance od strane zaposlenih itd.
Seabord Eastern Insurance i Seabord Life su osiguravajuće kompanije koje postoje i ili su postojale i radile pod ovim imenom.
