Yes, I think so. Regardless of variant ways of typing it, I personally believe that المضاحكة is the right way to put it because this is compliant with Arabic grammar whenever we want to ascribe people to a certain tribe or household, the name ends with ة.

Furthermore, search hits for المضاحكة is higher than المضاحكه. Also, misspelling of ـة by typing it ـه is common on the internet

Also, the Gulfian accent of pronouncing ends of such names- that tends to give it a sound similar to alif maqsoora or haa- may be reflected on typing them by some people
