دليل صحة المجتمع Explanation: رقم دليل صحة المجتمع ليس هناك في الدول العربية هذه الخدمة او الدائرة او الهيئة بهذه التسمية لذلك انطلق في ترجمتك حسب ما تراه مناسباً اكرر ليس لدى اغلب الدول العربية رقم خاص بكل شخص يتبع دائرة او هيئة تسمة صحة المجتمع وعلى هذا لو ترجمت للعربي ان يدخل رقم مؤشر او دليل صحة المجتمع لبقى في ذهول وارجو ان لا يتفلسف احد ويقول انه هناك ضمان الصحي ليس المقصود هنا الضمان الصحي هذا رقم يعطى للشخص بعد التسجيل مثلاً في مثل هذا الموقع Community Health Index (CHI) registration | NHS National https://nhsnss.org/foi-disclosure/community-health-index-chi... ارجو ان اكون قد افتدك |
