إن هذا الاستبيان جزء من دراسة جامعية لأطروحة الدكتوراه وتدرس الممارسات الحالية للموارد البشرية والسعادة
I agree totally with Morano’s translation, but the reason I created a new answer is just because I just suggest replacing (التي) with (و). This is because, unlike English, research has shown that Arabic favours coordination over subordination, which are syntactic features employed in both languages. If we use (الذي) and (التي) excessively in the Arabic target texts, these would have a Westernised feel to them.
