| strictly written please see below Explanation: حُرر هذا الخطاب / المستند بما لا يُشكل مساساً بالحقوق القانونية غير محتجاً به أمام القضاء وغير متضمناً لأي اعتراف بالمسؤولية. هذه الجملة تتضمن معضلة أراها كبيرة الى حد ما تتمثل يا أخوة في without prejudice ولا هي لا يقصد بها هنا بدون الاخلال أو بدون المساس وكفي ولكن يمتد معناها من القانون البريطاني الذي حددها عندما تُذكر بالخطابات فيكون معناها أن الخطاب المرسل قد حُرر بغرض التسوية الودية فقط وغير جائز استخدامه كدليل ضد أمام القضاء على من حرره وذلك لما قد يتضمنه الخطاب في الغالب من اعترافات أو اسقاط لحقوق أو تنازلات فيقصد المحرر بالجملة أنني أرسل لك هذا الخطاب فقط بغرض التسوية الودية ولا يجوز أستخدامه امام القضاء كدليل مستغلا ما أقدمه لك من تنازلات. وعليه فإن الجملة وعلى الرغم أنني لا أرى سياقها ولكن أتوقع انها من خطاب تسوية ودي. هذه ليست أفضل ترجمة ولكنها مجرد ترجمة توضيحية HTH |
