براعته الكلامية الهائلة، خطابته الطنانة الرنانة Explanation: Let us first establish the basic fact that the words "talknophical" and "assumnancy" are not real words. They do not exist in the English language (or any other language, for that matter). Therefore, they cannot be "translated" the same way we translate real words like "monumental." These are made up words. Even their maker did not intend for them to be accepted as standard words with standard meaning. They were made up for the sake of humor, but it is humor with a purpose. The point of the humor is to imitate the very folly that is being decried. The politician being described is one who has no qualification except his incredible ability to fool people by using impressive, multi-syllabic words that make him sound erudite, when in fact they mean nothing and he has no erudition. He is a stinking wind bag who is full of nonsense but who is able to squash any argument by his sheer speechifying power. To make his point, the writer imitated the way this politician talks by making up multi-syllabic words that don't mean anything but sound big and important.
