عملية حسابية تقديرية سريعة Explanation: هي عملية حسابية "على السريع" أو "كروكي" تُجرى على ظهر ورقة (مسودة) للتعرف على الناتج التقريبي لحسبة ما. ليست عملية حسابية فعلية لأنها تعتمد في مدخلاتها على أرقام وهمية وليست فعلية لتفادي استهلاك الوقت، وبالتالي فالناتج يكون رقم تقريبي للرقم الفعلي المراد؛ مثل استخدام "س، ص، إلخ" في العمليات الحسابية. قد يدبو استخدام ثلاث صفات بعد الاسم قبيحاً، ولذلك من الممكن استبدال "عملية حسابي بكلمة "حساب" للاختصار وتفادي اللغة الركيكة.
