I didn't mean for you to remove your answer. I am just suggesting ways to comply with the site rules in the future. When someone posts a question that is not appropriate for this forum, we should all simply refrain from answering it. Instead we should post a comment indicating why. That should take care of the problem.

Dear Fuad: Thank you for your clarification. I see that you are a good example and leader in helping people. I saw many colleagues here asking for the translation of the whole sentence by asking for only one word. this sentence is considered a quote and/or a line of poetry (which needs to be fully translated). Finally, it is not my translation, it is the translation of Dr. Salah.

Dear Ramadan: I don't mind that you help people you know or you don't know with translation of prose or poetry of any length, ancient or modern. You can do it for free or for pay. I have helped many people over the years with translation of verses, proverbs, jokes, clippings, etc., and I still do. I find it personally rewarding. But KudoZ is just not the forum for this sort of thing, as far as I understand it. It is strictly for terms/phrases. If I am wrong in this assertion, I would like to be corrected. You can provide your service through other channels (email, ProZ mail, etc.).

Incidentally, your translation is excellent.

It is a translation of poetry, Old Greek Poetry, many post graduate students need this translation. So, I translated it.

KudoZ is a communal service for translators dealing with challenging terms and phrases. It is not a translation service. ProZ members should refrain for answering questions like this one. The practice of posting sentences and paragraph on KudoZ does not help the profession.
