I hope I'm right in thinking that Albanian verbs have a causative form, perhaps formed by adding –s to the stem?
I say this because I've just noticed you have a verb “punësoj”, mean “I employ”. Is the literal meaning “cause to work”?

All the best and many thanks,

Punësofsh
Explanation:
SeiTT,

Punësoj, as you mentioned means employ. I don't think it has the meaning "cause to work".

As far as causative (dëshirorja), I think the verbs will take -sh at the end (in our language is one letter). In this case it would be punësofsh.

Other examples: lexo-lexofsh; shiko-shikofsh, puno-punofsh, nxjerr-nxjerrsh; hap--hapsh
