disagree  TrueBaller: Mr. Vehbiu, with all due respect to you, I would like to point out that "shpërnjoh" means "fail to acknowledge" or "be ungrateful to/for..." It is totally different from "refuse to acknowledge/accept (responsibility, for instance) , otherwise "disclaim".
