Para 'buitengevel' yo pondría 'fachada exterior', podría argüirse si es una redundancia pero se usa muy a menudo (+17.000 hits en google, por ejemplo).

En cuantro a kopgevel: según he averiguado, es lo mismo que topgevel. La definición de Topgevel es: Gevel met een in een punt uitlopend geveldeel. A lo mejor te sirve 'con techo inclinado'.
