Risoluzione dei problemi/Segnalazione problemi: Voornamelijk wanneer zich problemen voordoen, vraagt dit om initiatief om opgelost te worden. Van de medewerker wordt verwacht dat hij deze problemen niet "laat liggen", maar minimaal signaleert of tot actie overgaat.

Cosa s'intende esattamente, "non temporeggiare nell'affrontarli", cioè "non tardare ad affrontarli" oppure "accantonarli/metterli da parte" o altro ancora ? Grz !

letteralmente "iets laten liggen" significa "lasciar perdere" (ed e' effettivamente un'espressione abbastanza informale, come il resto del testo che stai traducendo, mi sembra). In italiano lo renderei con il verbo "ignorare", soprattutto visto che subito dopo si dice che l'impiegato dovrebbe quantomeno segnalare tali problemi. Anche "accantonare" o "mettere da parte", come dici tu, sarebbe possibile.
