Come diceva giustamente Nortstar, il termine in NL è un po' sbagliato (era un testo -secondo me- già tradotto dall'inglese)... alla fine però nel mio contesto era più adatta la tua proposta, anche se avrei voluto darvi 4 punti ciacuno... Ripagherò Northstar la prossima volta! Ringrazio anche tutti gli altri x i tanti agree.

De meer juiste term is 'besluitvaardigheid' veronderstel ik... tenzij de tekst doelt op 'vastheid in besluiten' (hoewel, nog nooit van het woord besluitvastheid gehoord) , dan zou ik eerder determinazione gebruiken.
