Per definire il nevischio l'italiano usa "leggero/lieve", ma per nuvoloso con "lieve/leggero nevischio" non trovo corrispondenze sulla rete italiana.
Come dice allora l'italiano meteo in questo caso ? Avrei bisogno del termine esatto, grz !
