Mi scuso se posto la domanda nella sezione NL>I, ma il termine mi compare quasi sempre in tutti i menù nella sezione dolci, dessert, caffetteria, ecc.

Koffie brulot (kruidig koffiemengsel) con panna montata (zucchero a velo, room "créme fraîche").

Cosa sarebbe esattamente, "crema" o "panna" e come dice l'italiano ? Grz !

Il mio dubbio sta nel fatto che spesso si confondono spesso slagroom vs. crème fraiche.

Crème fraiche è panna acida che si usa spesso nella cucina francese (anche nelle zuppe)...

Slagroom sarebbe panna montata, che è molto dolce e molto comune nei bar in Belgio e Olanda.

Qui si usa 'geklopte room' (sinonimo per slagroom) per la ricetta del "Café Brulot"

agree  Chiara De Santis: si Joris, ma mettere solo panna non indica panna fluida... del resto è molto diffusa la dicitura caffè con panna
