Ho trovato questa frase su un articolo che illustra l'ambiguita' del termine in questione sul termine ZIJSTAPJE: "Loopbaanontwikkeling moet onderscheiden worden van carrière maken vindt Kuijpers. 'Carrière maken wekt de indruk dat je hogerop komt. Je kan je loopbaan ook heel goed ontwikkelen door een zijstapje te maken. Het gaat om je waarden en waar je die kunt vinden. Wat vind jij nou belangrijk, wanneer verhef jij je stem, waar loop jij warm voor, wat zijn jouw drijfveren?'" Cioe, "zijstapje" non e' tanto un'esperienza 'ordinaria' quanto 'straordinaria', ovvero 'fuori dagli schemi dell'ascesa al vertice della carriera'...
