wijze van escaleren Eskalationsverfahren Explanation: Eskalation bedeutet, dass ein Problem eine höhere Dringlichkeit erhält und daher an höhere Stellen weitergemeldet werden muss (wie Susanne auch schreibt) und mehr Ressourcen eingesetzt werden, um es zu beheben. Hier geht es wohl darum, dass ein Kommunikationsverfahren für die Problemweiterleitung eingerichtet wird. |
