Dutch term or phrase: "gepatenteerde noemer"
Met zijn innovatieve producten (uitgebracht onder de gepatenteerde noemer XXX®) en uiterst doeltreffende toepassingstechnieken biedt het een oplossing voor alle waterdichtingsproblemen, herstel en bescherming van beton en versterken van constructies.

puis-je utiliser "nom déposé" ou bien "breveté"? Y a-t-il une distinction entre les deux? Ou autres suggestions évidemment.
