Dutch term or phrase: N.V.
N.V. is the abbreviation for the Dutch "naamloze vennootschap" (public limited company), which in French is S.A. (société anonyme).

I assume the name of a Dutch company (... N.V.) remains the same when translating to French, i.e. N.V. remains N.V. and is not converted to S.A., but I am not 100% sure.

Am I right in assuming this?

French translation:N.V.
Explanation:
Je procède en général comme suit :
- s'il s'agit d'une société néerlandaise, je laisse toujours le N.V.
- s'il s'agit d'une société belge, je traduis par S.A. ou je mets N.V./S.A.

Explanation:
Personally I consider that the name of a company is invariable, and that includes the extension (N.V.)
