I have a number of variations on a theme in the 'action' column of the spreadsheet e.g.

Oud huurder, afboeken
Ontruimd, afboeken
Oud huurder (ontruiming), afboeken
Ontruimd, waarborgsom overgeboekt

Given that we are talking about rent arrears, would each occasion of someone being 'ontruimd' mean that there was an eviction?

Also, given that afrekenen means 'to settle', I'm not quite sure how that works with 'oninbaar'. Should I use 'written off' in this context?
