Dutch term or phrase: gelijk verhuurder aan huurder in huur zal geven
Hi, I'd like to verify that I'm on the right track here - this is a clause in an addendum to a lease agreement - it's an odd construction in English, but I'm thinking it would best be translated as "under the same terms as set out by the landlord for the leased property"

It appears as follows:

In aanvulling op het bepaalde in artike X van de huurovereenkomst zal huurder met ingang van DD MM YYYY tevens van verhuurder huren, gelijk verhuurder aan huurder in huur zal geven, een tweetal ruimtes, die reeds bij huurder in gebruik zijn,

Thanks for your input!

and Lessor leases to Lessee
Explanation:
this appears in many forms:

such as:

verhuurder verklaart hierbij te verhuren, gelijk huurder verklaart te huren, ... =
the lessor hereby lets, and the lessee rents ... (JurLex)

Verhuurder verhuurt aan Huurder, gelijk Huurder in huur aanneemt ... =
The Lessor leases to the Lessee and the Lessee leases from the Lessor ... (a TM of mine)

etc.

so, in your example:

"gelijk verhuurder aan huurder in huur zal geven"

would be sth like

"and Lessor leases to Lessee"
