Dutch term or phrase: grondrente
Mijn tekst heeft het over "bouw- en grondrente".

Bouwrente ken ik als "interest during construction", maar mijn probleem is: ik dacht dat grondkosten normaal gesproken al onder het begrip "bouwrente" vallen, zie bijvoorbeeld https://www.hypotheker.nl/begrippenlijst/huis-kopen/bouwrent... "Financieringsvergoeding is de rente die je betaalt over de periode vóór het sluiten van de koop-/aannemingsovereenkomst, als de bouwer al kosten heeft gemaakt voor de grond en de bouw."

Maar mijn brontekst noemt ze allebei apart.

Asker: Dank voor het uitgebreide antwoord :-) Vind de nuance tussen "grondrente" en "bouwrente" nog steeds een beetje wazig (thought the former was part of the latter), maar heb het maar gewoon 'droog' vertaald zoals het er staat.
