Weer eens een contextuele vraag. Het gaat om het beoordelen van het inkomen van een zelfstandig ondernemer bij een hypotheekaanvraag. Er staat dat ze niet alleen naar het gemiddeld resultaat kijken, maar naar het hele plaatje, dus ook naar: balanscijfers, toelichting en economische ratio's.

Nou is mijn vraag wat hierbij concreet onder "toelichting" wordt verstaan. Is dit in de zin van een business plan van de z.o. in kwestie (of uitleg van behaalde successen of tegenslagen) te verstaan, of bedoelt men hier iets concreets? Ik heb al zitten graven, maar ik kom er niet verder mee.
