'... that have become a permanent part of the premises firmly fixed to floor or wall.' of zoiets. |

die aard en nagelvast onderdeel uit gaan maken van de kantoorruimte that will be permanently attached to the property Explanation: see JurLex: alles wat wortel- en nagelvast is = everything permanently affixed to the property everything permanently attached to the property I think it should be: 'uit gaan maken', rather than 'uitgaan maken'. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 20 mins (2013-11-26 20:42:04 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- or "that have become permanently attached to the property" Example sentence(s):

that will be permanent fixtures and fittings Explanation: my two cents I don't see what "aardvast" is doing here, as we are talking about a "kantoorruimte" •changing, adding or removing any of our fixtures or fittings in your home •putting up aerials or satellite dishes •removing or changing any of the hedges, walls or fences that mark your boundaries. •energy efficiency works funded by the "Green Deal" You have to pay for these works yourself, and must make sure they are completed to a good standard. You may also need to get planning and building regulation permission before you start work. New permanent fixtures like baths and toilets become our property, provided they meet the requirements within the tenant alteration form. So if you move, you must leave them in place. You may be able to get compensation from us for improvements that you have made when you leave. Contact your local housing office to find out if you qualify. http://www.welhat-cht.org.uk/index.aspx?articleid=2900 -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 29 mins (2013-11-26 20:50:56 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- The purpose of a schedule of condition is to record the state of the property and its permanent fixtures and fittings at the beginning of the tenancy. http://www.landlordzone.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?14180-Te... |
