neutral  Stuart Robertson: agree with most, but not "walk-in". that tends to be used in reference to walk-in services and I've never heard it used in this context. Also there is a difference between letting/renting/leasing, whereas your answer seems to suggest they are synonyms

-> Thanks Stuart. I didn't mean to imply that they were synonyms.

agree  Tina Vonhof (X): Agree with not using 'walk-in'. As for the rest, it's up to the asker to pick what fits best in the context.

-> Thanks Tina! Yes, that's why I gave so many options.

neutral  writeaway: "ready for use turnkey"??? for a rental/lease property? on the www, seems to be used by a couple of De and At sites, but not in this context /turnkey is not used in this context

-> 'ready for use turnkey' = obviously 'ready for use; turnkey', as I pointed out in my note. / What about: turnkey office space?
