(1) in het geval de Verkoop van de Eigen Woning vóór Transportdatum plaatsvindt onder een op die datum nog lopende voorwaarde ten gunste van de koper van de Eigen Woning: de datum waarop een voorbehoud of een voorwaarde al dan niet is vervuld;
(2) de Verkoopdatum;
(3) de Leveringsdatum; en
(4) in voorkomend geval: de periode waarin de Eigen Woning gedurende de Garantietermijn tijdelijk uit verkoop is genomen of tijdelijk is verhuurd.

I don't know if there is a standard term for "Uit-Verkoop" - I can't find one. Could be "Not for sale" ?
