agree  writeaway: no need to leave in brackets, just translate it. is a common term/Jurlex also gives third-party account. comes up all the time in docs. not a problem term at all.

  -> thanks, I was possibly thinking of derdengelden - one of the first questions I answered I think and there it was stated best to leave untranslated - to me it's a trust account but I'm not sure if all jurisdictions know it that way/just found it - was that
