Medical - Medical: Health Care / Item in AMBULANCE FORM
Dutch term or phrase: MIST (or, M.I.S.T.??)
I am working from Dutch into English and have a form from an ambulance company.

The general header, covering two columns, has the word "MIST".

In the left-hand column, the ENGLISH headers read:

Mechanlsm
Injurles found and suspected
Signs
Treatment given
Expected Time of Arrival

The RIGHT-hand side, filled in in Dutch, describes the emergency:

"Man had heart attack, during sports". then numerous medical terms and explanations to describe it.

What I can't figure out is "MIST" here:

If a verb, then it would mean "MISSING"(??); if a noun, then "FOG, MIST" -- NEITHER of which make much sense.

Can anyone out there help?

Thank you!

PS. Enkel 'MIST' is waarschijnlijk ook wel voldoende in deze specifieke context (overdrachtsformulier ambulancepersoneel).
