'care washing'

Explanation:
It is hard to say how this should be translated because it's a trademark concept:
http://www.fieldlab.eu/nl/projecten/verzorgend-wassen/
It makes use of premoistened and preheated washcloths.
For all that I know, that is already pretty common in many hospitals:
See:
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/patientinstructions/...
versus:
http://www.sageproducts.com/products/prepackaged-bathing/

What strikes me, though, is that the Dutch perspective focuses on patient comfort in the first place, while the US-based premoistened and prepackaged products focus on hygiene.
(I tend to joke that "germ" was the first word I learned when I arrived here).
Because of this different focus, I would prefer to see a more literal translation of care washing or caring washing. But what this concept should be is up to the manufacturer of this product.

washing-without-water (concept)

Explanation:
As opposed to traditional bedside washing using a wash basin.

Arion was the first company to introduce the idea of washing-without-water to Europe. Though this concept has already been widely implemented and accepted in the care sector in America, for the European market it represented a radically new way of washing bedridden carepatients. As such, substituting washbasins for packets of washcloths or washing gloves signified a cultural change for many health care institutions.

Since the introduction of washing-without-water in 1999, many health care institutions in Europe have been operating according to this concept. The advantages compared to traditional washing using a wash basin are
acknowledged by all users, even by those who were highly sceptical and critical before the concept was implemented.

(...)
As patients requiring care – for whatever reason – are not able to wash themselves in the shower or at the sink, they are washed in bed by nursing staff. In many cases, this is still carried out using one or two wash basins with water and soap, and care patients are washed in four stages whilst in bed:
• Lathering
• Rinsing
• Drying
• Application of a body lotion

(...)
Patients requiring care can be washed and cleaned thoroughly in a single action using Swash products. The packets contain 8 washcloths or washing gloves. Each cloth or glove contains a certain amount of Swash lotion, with which a part of the body can be washed. All 8 cloths or gloves should be used for a complete wash. The cloths or washing gloves can be thrown away with the general waste after use.

giving a bag bath

Explanation:
From Fundamental Nursing Skills and Concepts

Bathing

In general most bathing is done in a tub or shower, at a sink, or at the bedside

Tub bath or shower

if the safety risks are negligible and there are no contra-indications, the nurse encourages clients to bathe independently in a tub or shower (Skill 17-1). Etc.

Partial bath

A daily bath or shower is not always necessary ..
A partial bath means washing only those body areas subject to greatest soiling or that are sources of body odor: ...

Bed bath

Clients who cannot take a tub bath or shower independently may be given any one of three types of bath:
a bed bath
a towel bath
a bag bath

Bed bath
During a bed bath (washing with a basin of water at the bedside), the client may actively assist with some aspects of bathing (Skill 17-3 explains how to give a bed bath.)

Towel bath
With a towel bath the nurse uses a single large towel to cover and wash a client. It requires a towel or bath sheet measuring 3 x 7.5 feet but no basin or soap. The nurse prefolds and moistens the towel or bath sheet. ....

Bag bath

A bag bath involves the use of a commerically packaged kit with 8 to 10 premoistened, disposable cloths in a plastic bag or container and is another form of a bed bath. The cloths contain a no-rinse surfactant and an emollient/humectanct ...

The bag bath is a different approach to the daily hygiene of a patient. When the traditional bath (shower, tub, manual washing) becomes difficult due to the patient’s condition, a bag bath offers an economical, refreshing and skin protective approach to daily hygiene. Daily hygiene provides cleanliness for health and social reasons. It also provides a certain amount of comfort and prevents problems with disease spread from cross contamination.
What you need
 1 quart size re-sealable bag
 9 washcloths
 2 teaspoons of an emollient product such as Septi-Soft®
 2 cups of water
What you do
 Mix 2 teaspoons of Septi-Soft® with 2 cups of water
 Place 9 washcloths in the re-sealable bag
 Pour the Septi-Soft® mix over the washcloths
 Moisten all of the washcloths so there is no extra fluid in the bag
 Close the re-sealable bag leaving a small opening for venting
 Microwave the bag for 60-90 seconds

Grooming - bed-bound people

If your loved one is bed-bound, you need to consider alternatives to bathing, like washing them in bed using a sponge and non-rinse soap.

--> You could also give them a bag bath or a towel bath.

--> Bag bath

- Place several washcloths into a plastic bag.
- Add warm water and a liquid, non-rinse soap. There should be just enough water to moisten the washcloths without soaking them.
- Wrap your loved one with a large towel or blanket.
- Uncover just one body part, for example the shoulders, and massage them gently using one of the washcloths from the bag.
- Allow to air dry for a minute.
- Cover and do the same for every body part. Use the different washcloths for different body areas.
