Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s) / Contract specified in employee handbook of fashion store chain
Dutch term or phrase: kruisjescontract
This is part of an employee handbook for managers. The text is:

I could not find anything about a "kruisjescontract" anywhere. Any ideas? Many thanks!

contract with clause options
Explanation:
I agree with Michael that this may involve selecting options in a contract, perhaps as the manager progresses through his/her training. I couldn't find any reference to 'kruisjescontract' which suggests the term is particular to this company.

However, 'kruisjesformulier' is used widely (and criticised).

Kruisjesformulier

If this is an employment contract, 'contract with clause options' may fit the bill. However, I would double-check this with the client just to be on the safe side.

agree  Kitty Brussaard: Without further context I tend to agree with you and Michael that this most probably refers to a boilerplate type of employment contract with various optional clauses but this would indeed have to be double-checked with the client.
