Dutch term or phrase: rentebeeld
De rentevooruitzichten op middellange termijn zijn gematigd, gegeven de demografische situatie, lage productiviteitsgroei en hoge schuldniveaus.
Dus we verwachten dat het algemene rentebeeld laag blijft.
I am having difficulties finding the right term for "rentebeeld". Anyone?

agree  philgoddard: Just "rates" would do. And really the second sentence says the same as the first.

agree  Tina Vonhof (X): Since the source says, "we verwachten", I would translate it as "we expect the rent rates to stay low for the time being" or something along those lines.//Sorry Kitty, I see now that you had already said that.

agree  Tina Vonhof (X): It may also include expectations for the near future, the 'larger picture'.

agree  Kitty Brussaard: Indeed, that's another example of how 'rentebeeld' is used in Dutch but 'structure of interest rates' doesn't work well in the context of this question, particularly not in combination with 'low'.
