I can find no sensible term vor the abbreviation "IM".
I had thought that it mnight be "Interim Medewerkers", but I cannot find confirmation for that idea.
Who can tell me what "IM" stands for, or what a proper translation of "IM'ers" would be in English.

Thanks in advance,
Alexander

interim-managers
Explanation:
Given the reference to the 'CAO Hoger Personeel', I think this abbreviation probably stands for 'interim-managers' rather than 'interim-medewerkers'. (PS. Spelling as per the Woordenlijst, see http://woordenlijst.org/#/?q=interim-manager).

It might also refer to 'informatiemanagers' (Information Managers). However, as far as I can see on the basis of the relatively limited context information you've provided, I think that's less likely here.

PS. If this interpretation is correct, the English translation would obviously be interim managers or Interim Managers. I was too focused on explaining the meaning of this abbreviation and therefore mistakenly entered its full version in Dutch :-).

As far as I can see, the abbreviation also seems to be used in English with the same meaning.

This code sets out the basic principles that apply when appointing an Interim Manager (IM), made by the Charity Commission (“the Commission”) under Section 76(3)(g) of the Act.

Interim managers (IMs) provide cover for departed executives or for those absent for a lengthy period. As interim management (IM) is a relatively new development, HR departments do not have well-developed processes and procedures either for handling IMs on a day-to-day basis or for integrating them into the strategic staffing systems of their companies.
