Science - Geology / soil classification
Dutch term or phrase: eerdgrond
It concerns the legend of a soil map. It contains many different soil types coming from the "Systeem voor bodemclassificatie voor Nederland". I’m looking for equivalents from the World Reference Base for Soil Resources (not from the USDA classification system). There are a couple of main groups for which I would like to find an equivalent. Each main groups also has subgroups, but I don’t know yeet what to do with them. I’ll be placing a couple of questions relating to this subject.
I have found terms for the main groups, but would like to have them confirmed or rejected by somebody wiht knowledge of the field. Any suggestions or tips sending me in the right direction will be much appreciated.
eerdgrond = anthrosol?
