returned colelction, sweep collection Explanation: These are tough--so I think a close translation is the best solution. Based on the SAP glossaries and Van Dale, my best stab is: stornoincasso = returned collection veegincasso = sweep collection |

returned/failed direct debit, final direct debit Explanation: as an incasso is a direct debit in (UK) English and a storno is a reverse entry, that makes the stornoincasso a reverse(d) direct debit, but is possibly a returned direct debit similar to the return collection already suggested. See first reference. it may also be called a failed direct debit. See second reference Maybe sweep direct debit is the veegincasso, but I think the context shows it to be a final dirct debit -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 10 hrs 56 mins (2005-07-11 16:44:49 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- fingers! that should read final direct debit see: www.mslnet.co.uk/mandate.html Reference: http://www.cmc-management.com/downloads/downloads/dd_form.ht... www.waterways.org.uk/library/ archives/bulletin/2002/dec02.htm |

unwon prize pool, final prize pool Explanation: The text is about the pool of money which is built up from the sum set aside for prizes. So, ISTM, the 'hoofdincasso' is the prize pool, the 'stornoincasso' is the pool of money rolled over from failed lots, i.e. the numbers which came up in the lottery did not match anyone's lottery ticket, so the money is collected to be paid out to winners of subsequent rounds who have partial matches. In that case, the 'veegincasso' is probably the pool for the final round, for all the lots left over after the other rounds, which 'wipes' out' the pool. There is undoubtedly room for improvement in what I have said. Reference: http://lottery.merseyworld.com/Info/Prizes.html Reference: http://www.louisianalottery.com/directives/lotdirect.htm |
