Bus/Financial - Finance (general)
Dutch term or phrase: boeteopslag
The sentence in question: De converteerbare lening kan met een boeteopslag van 10% vroegtijdig worden afgelost.

The word I'm having trouble with, in Dutch: "Boeteopslag. Dit is een compensatie voor de door de bank misgelopen rente van uw oude rentecontract."

I have to translate a Letter of Intent, in the Article concerning the transfer of shares I ran into this word... Never heard of it before and (online) dictionaries aren't helping! Also tried finding the word on Dutch websites that have an English version too, but to no avail. Hoping someone with experience in translating Finance-related documents can help!
