Dutch term or phrase: tasveld
Hi all

I'm translating a text about a company producing refractory materials. The section in question is from a newsletter aimed at describing recent renovations at the company to its clients and partners. The term above appears in the following sentence:

'Er wordt een ringweg op het bedrijfsterrein aangelegd en binnen afzienbare tijd komt er een immens ‘tasveld’, waar de stenen worden opgeslagen tot het moment van verzending.'

From the article at this link - http://www.belvedere.nu/nieuwsbrief/nieuwsbrief7/pdf/verande... - it seems that this was traditionally a field where stones were laid out in the open air to dry but I am not sure how this would be translated in English.

I would be grateful for any advice.
