uCMDB - universal configuration management database , normally fed automatically with data from various sources but they intend to allow manual manipulation of data from some sources in the future.

Anybody any idea what is could be in this context?

Asker: Thanks for your efforts. It appears, though even the client is not too sure, this is some type of form for specifying the input to the database. Strange term to use but there you are!

neutral  philgoddard: I'm not convinced by this - I think it's bon as in a (metaphorical) sheet of paper.
