disagree  Eddy Coodee: Sorry Jarry, I can't think of a suitable expression that fits, but this isn't it. It's used as an expletive, when one is agitated as it is, and on top of that something else happens.

-> Any native speaker of English will appreciate this expression in negative connotations, as expressly stated in my answer. See also the example I gave in which it could be used. It would be helpful if asker gave the context in which Dutch term is used.

neutral  Lianne van de Ven: this is sure one option: Adv. 1. to boot - in addition, by way of addition; furthermore; - but probably not in this (spoken) context

agree  Eddy Coodee: The original is used in a wider range of situations, but in a first person scenario, I think this comes very close indeed.

neutral  jarry (X): We still don't know the context, so my suggested answer could be as valid as yours. We don't know whether "ook dat nog!" stands by itself or not. You are perfectly right, however, that 'to boot' is also used in positive contexts.
4 hrs
-> A variant of it perhaps, though "to boot" can't stand on its own (unlike the asker's text). - Also, by the way, "to boot" is not exclusively negative in meaning; can be positive as well (cf. its original etymology: "boot" = "benefit")

that on top of everything else! that too!

Explanation:
I'm quoting from "Dubbel Dutch" by Kevin Cook (thus my high confidence level.) Almost the same as Jim's answer but not quite.

agree  Textpertise: Jim's is also right but this is what came to mind as I clicked on the site and what I would have answered myself had it not already been there.
1 hr
-> thank you, Textpertise (I love your name; wish I'd thought of it first).

neutral  Lianne van de Ven: but you wouldn't want to use that for another movie....// the context is cinema, film, tv, drama. I took it as spoken language. Yet, I am not familiar with Double Dutch and assumed that was a movie as well...
3 hrs
-> I'm sorry, I must be missing something. Movie?

neutral  jarry (X): We still don't know the context!
3 hrs
-> Yes, we don't (resisting the urge to break into "Yes, we have no bananas". Thanks, Jarry.

neutral  Eddy Coodee: Almost a literal translation, but not really as commonly used as Jim's suggestion. My guess is that the quoted author must have had similar deliberations trying to translate this very common Dutch expression into an English equivalent.

  -> Thanks, Eddy.

Not you as well; that's all I need!

Explanation:
"That's all I need' is more common. You would not hear anyone say "you are all I needed'. It may seem counter intuitive but the subject is more the arrival of the dog than the dog itself. That's how I understand it.

Now that I have a bit more information I can say that, if, in the context , the expression is directed at the dog then "not you as well! would be more appropriate. If, however, the expresson is directed at the company around her, "not that as well " or " not this as well!" depending on whether she looks/points directly at the dog or not, is more appropriate.
