Danish term or phrase: typehusproducent
I know what these things are but what do you call them in UK English? I see stuff like standard house and tract house in the dictionary which mean nothing at all to me. Off plan comes to mind but doesn't seem to work here. Help!

  -> Many thanks Tina, but I don't think I agree with myself now :) Prefabs are maybe one kind of typehus but the term probably doesn't cover the whole range.
