Hi everybody

I hope I am not the only one working through the weekend : )

I am translating a Danish medical report about a patient who died of cardiac arrest.
It says
"Anamnese og obj. us. s.a. i primær jr.

I can't find that abbreviation "s.a." anywhere. At first I thought it was "sa", but then I
saw the periods : )
