Danish to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Skønsrekvirenten,
Danish term or phrase: skønstema
Please help, I can't find a reasonable suggestion for either of these terms. They are first presented in these two sentences at the beginning of the text.

"Hermed sendes procesindlæg i denne sag som svar på skønsrekvirentens indlæg af 19. ds., samt tilrettet supplerende skønstema med bilag D. Skønstemaet erstatter mit skønstema af 8. marts 2018."

My deadline is in 1, 5 hours!

Thanks in advance
Paul

Explanation:
From Dansk Engelsk Juridisk, Gyldendal. From the same dictionary: skønsrekvirent = party instructing his own expert/party commissioning an expert's report (should really have been asked as a separate Kudoz question).

You will need to adapt these to your actual context, of course. A legal dictionary is a good investment when you translate legalese.
