not included in the calculation of holiday pay or pension
Explanation:
I do not think there is any shorter way of putting it.

The explanation is that an employee's pay startsout as a gross sum, from which various deductions are made in a specific order for tax, pension, holiday pay and so on.

Holiday pay and contributions to the compulsory pension scheme are fixed percentages of the salary, usually including overtime if any.
12½% for holiday pay

This bonus, however, does not count towards holiday or pension, i.e. it will be paid out in full after deduction of tax and other dues.

On the other hand, the amounts set aside for holiday and pension will not be increased by any portion of the bonus.

Asker: Thanks, Christine! This was more or less how I had translated it...I can't seem to come up with anything shorter either =)

agree  Charles Ek: But for the inclusion of "feriepenge-", you could have used "pensionable" – http://tinyurl.com/peseam9 – which you might well know already. Christine's suggestion is the only reasonable response in English, IMO.
