Not quite sure if this is just an amendment to an existing Act or is if it is a separate Act. I can't find any translation online. The document is planning permission for building renovations.

Afgørelsen er truffet i henhold til bygningsfrednings- og bevaringslovens § 10 og kan ikke påklages til kulturministeren, jf. delegationsbekendtgørelsens § 12, stk. 4.
