Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / grounds for dismissal in an employment contract
Danish term or phrase: paptimer
Employees will be dismissed if they are guilty of any of the following at work:

Drunkenness
Under the influence of drugs
theft
...
...
Angivelse af "paptimer" = misbrug af både vores og kundens tillid

The contract is for hourly paid workers, and I am assuming it is something like claiming pay for fictive hours, or hours not worked. I'm not 100% sure what it means in Danish.

What I am looking for is a term that is not too 'bureaucratic' if possible, as the workers concerned are probably not native speakers of English, and may not be at all fluent in the language.

Deadline is looming up too!
Thanks, anyone who can help!

fabricated hours
Explanation:
I have never come across this term in Danish, but fabricated hours is used in English to cover much the same as what I think 'paptimer' are.

THANKS!

I used this one, as it looked convincing, and time was very short. Hurtig hjælp var virkelig dobbelt hjælp! (Det var faktisk en 'korrektur', hvor den føste oversætter havde opgivet alle udtryk, han ikke havde set før...)
- og næste dag var jeg ikke hjemme!
