Danish term or phrase: tage forbehold over for
..... kan ikke tage forbehold over for bestemmelserne i udkast til rammekontrakt, med undtagelse af følgende bestemmelser.

I have translated the phrase as "opt out of" but would like a second opinion as I'm not 100% sure.

Thanks for any help.

Explanation:
opt-out would suggest to me 'fravigelse' , though 'enter opt-outs of' in a contract tender context would certainly be within acceptable parameters.
