The text concerns the opening of a new cattle slaughterhouse. The compound word makes no sense to me, I suspect a possible spelling mistake, but cannot guess what word they mean.

agree  Christine Andersen: ...especially as ´oplæsning´ in other contexts usually means bedtime stories or other texts :-) But you must be right here.
