There is too little context here - it comes from a list of items to check in quality control and possible improvements, and the list is somewhat disjointed, so I really have very few clues.

Does 'udføring' mean ' udførsel' - as in 'udføre' --> design, contruction?
... does not allow for actual implementation? (and if so, why the plural?)

Or is it some kind of lead to and from the coil, which makes the total length longer than the length calculated on the basis of the winding lengths?

In this context I can only make it out to be wires (or leads) to and from the coil. You can also say 'leading-out wires' but that's less common.
