Danish term or phrase: De undergives ... for officerer af reserven
The language in this commissioning scroll is fancy and I'd just like to make sure I'm on the right track. I've also notices that the wording used in this scroll is standard phrasing for many employment letters. In any case, the preposition "for" is giving me trouble in this context. The complete sentence is as follows:

Det tilkendegives Dem, at De ved denne ansættelse undergives de til enhver tid for officerer af reserven i almindelighed gældende regler og de for denne stilling særligt fastsatte bestemmelser, ...

I have translated this as:

It is herewith declared with this appointment that you, at any time, are subject to officers of the reserve, to the general rules in existence and the established regulations for this position, ...

It all reads so nicely in Danish, but so clunky in English!

Any advice or direction would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance!!

Explanation:
With all due respect, I think the 'clunkiness' may be due to a misunderstanding of the Danish text.

The 'for' that is giving you trouble is part of this complete sentence: de for officerer gældende regler.

Thanks again, Gitte and David. I was definitely having trouble determining which phrase was modifying which, so thank you very kindly for setting me straight.
