These lyrics are part of a song entitled "Karneval" ...but I don't know what these words mean. Can anyone help?

Am not really sure about the word zhusta. my dictionary offers "often, frequently" but it doesn't seem to go in there.

The words "stare baby" mean "old ladies". Except for that we wouldn't say "ladies" but something rather more expressive in this context. I was trying to find such word and I found "beldames". The explanation at thefreedictionary.com is quite suitable, except for that I don't think the old women in the song are ugly (as the explanation says).
To make it clear, "stare baby" would mean "old women" said by men in a village. ;-)
