Could this be a version of the term for "potassium-sparing agents"? I'm not sure it's recognised as a standard term.

Just want to make sure. Elsewhere, I've seen "kalium šetřící".

Thank you, Kostas. As it turns out, "potassium-sparing" (and also "potassium-preserving") is the term used in the related English-language information about the same drug (a diuretic), so I think I'll stay with this.
